Every order is gathered, wrapped and sent with care from our little corner of the United Kingdom. ✨

Where we ship At the moment we deliver within the United Kingdom only. We hope to send our goods further afield soon.

Processing time Please allow 1–3 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. During busy times, such as the sabbats and seasonal sales, this may take a little longer. We'll always keep you updated.

Delivery rates and times Standard UK delivery costs [£5.00] and usually arrives within [2–4] working days of dispatch. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking When your order is on its way, we'll email you a confirmation, with tracking details where they're available.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, please contact us at lilithevergreen86@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help put things right.

Incorrect addresses Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address given incorrectly, but we'll do our best to help if something goes astray.
